Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars fans can enjoy several new dining options during games at American Airlines Center.
With the NBA and NHL playoffs underway, Levy, the food and beverage partner for both teams, has introduced a new selection of dishes for fans to enjoy while enjoying the intense postseason action.
The new food will debut this week at the Stars-Golden Knights game on April 22nd and will also be served at the Mavs-Stars game. The Mavericks' next game will be on Friday, April 26th in the AAC.
The first new option is the Juicy Lucy wrapped in smoked bacon. A beef patty stuffed with jalapeño popper cheese is wrapped in bacon and topped with grilled onions, BBQ bacon aioli, and cheddar cheese.
For those looking for something classic with a twist, there are smoked meat rings. It's an onion ring wrapped with cheddar cheese, ground beef, and bacon, then smoked and served with peach and chipotle BBQ he sauce.
Steak Elote Empanadas are crispy empanadas stuffed with ancho-rubbed filet mignon, creamy corn, and pepper jack cheese, then topped with avocado chimichurri and red sauce.
If you have room for dessert, try the stuffed conchas. Sweet Mexican bread filled with vanilla custard, whipped cream, fresh strawberries and blueberries, dusted with powdered sugar and served with chocolate and caramel sauce.
In Dallas, the Mavericks-Stars game will be held at the American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Avenue in Dallas.
