While we may not offer a step-by-step guide to college or the workforce, here are five great podcasts that are perfect for listening to on campus.
1. Moments Podcast with Lexi Hidalgo
Lexi Hidalgo started her self-help podcast in October 2021 after starting her career on TikTok and YouTube. She is best known for her work as a yogi and her beachy aesthetic on social media.
In “Moments Pod,” Hidalgo shares helpful life advice from a 23-year-old's perspective. She discusses topics such as her insecurities, self-discovery, and comparing herself to others. In approximately 120 episodes ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, Hidalgo shares stories about growing up, living in Florida, and navigating the Internet. She introduces each of her episodes and she tells her listeners that she wants them to feel inspired and that she belongs to where she is in the world right now.
2. Call Dad with Alex Cooper
Launched in October 2018, “Call Her Daddy” is currently the most listened to podcast by women on Spotify. This podcast, which includes episodes about raunchy sex stories and relationship advice, is built around a college audience. Cooper and her guests use comedy to empower and advocate for women.
Cooper, better known to his fans as Father Cooper, shared personal stories and hosted a variety of celebrity guests, including Madison Beer and Megan Fox.
