Myrin advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate and raw land. He regularly handles lease negotiations and documentation, including retail, office, and ground leases, sale-leaseback transactions, asset and stock purchase agreements, sales, mergers, and financing arrangements. He represents national Texas-based restaurant owners and operators in real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and liquor licensing matters. Myrin also represents both franchisors and franchisees in connection with negotiating and drafting franchise agreements, area development agreements, and other documents related to the establishment, purchase, sale, and registration of franchise businesses. . Myrin also advises clients in the outdoor advertising industry regarding the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of signage and the rights required to own, operate, and license signage in 10 states across the United States.
