The flights will use Airbus A320 series aircraft that can seat up to 150 people. This includes his 12 reclining seats in first class and his 138 seats in economy class.
“This is the farthest eastbound nonstop flight offered at RDM and will connect passengers to some great locations,” Airport Director Zachary Bass said in a statement. “American The airline operates more than 800 daily outbound flights from DFW, greatly increasing travel options for business and leisure travelers in central Oregon connecting through Dallas. ”
Bass said this is a flight Redmond has been trying to add for years.
“When we specifically start looking at new destinations, we look at the data,” Bass said. “Where do people fly from Redmond?” We know that many people are already making connections through Dallas. You can present that to the airline and say, “This is how many people are already flying, right?” Let's put in a direct and see how it works. ”
