Someday, “The Money Talks Podcast” will make this kind of list.
i know it. I'm claiming it.
Until then, let me share my favorite money podcasts with you. All were extremely important to me. Each of them has made me smarter with money, encouraged me, inspired ideas, and introduced me to different strategies I can use.
That's why I can't get enough financial podcasts.
You can learn just by listening.
Last November, I said I was angry at the heartless content. I moved away from most vulgar music a long time ago. And I listen too much to the same 50 songs of his, and the same 20 songs sampled from there. I can no longer listen to anything that doesn't stimulate my mind. So podcasts (Money Podcasts) have become my preferred method of entertainment.
These are a treasure trove of free information that can change our lives.
Here are six of my favorites.
- The Money Guy Show: One of the most popular financial podcasts, hosts Brian Preston and Bo Hanson shine by breaking down complex money topics into easy-to-understand principles. This show was one of the first shows I started listening to intently. This format includes detailed answers to questions submitted by listeners that helped me learn money concepts I had missed but desperately needed to implement. If you don't know where to start managing your finances, try this podcast. That made a big difference to me.
- Anything goes: Likeable personalities can make for a great podcast, as can their content. Thanks to the wonderful Paula Pant, founder and host of “Afford Anything,” this show offers both. The pants are sharp. Still, she has an incredible touch, both in the way she conveys information and interviews interesting guests. she is really amazing. I was shocked by the little star when I met her at FinCon last October. Pant co-starred in the Netflix documentary “Get Smart with Money.” But Pants also had a human touch, and she was very kind. Dive into this podcast to learn about a variety of financial topics and hear from a variety of experts and other personas with fascinating experiences.
- Millionaire Mindsets: This was my favorite and most listened to podcast of 2023. Packed with so many insights, I went back to the beginning of the show in December 2018 and started listening to every episode until I finally caught up. With successful entrepreneurs from all walks of life as guests, I learned something from every episode. The host, Xavier Miller, who I had the good fortune to meet briefly at Invest Fest last August, is a young but successful entrepreneur and family man who many men should learn from. However, his affable style and wide range of relationships allow guests to strike up casual yet cheerful conversations and feel at ease.
- Motley Fool Money: Stay up to date with business news and financial headlines in 20 to 40 minutes every day. I especially needed this show after becoming an investor. Thanks to this, my understanding of economics has deepened. We provide in-depth analysis that consistently adds context to how the world's largest companies operate. This is probably not the podcast for you if you're not into business news. However, it is not very advanced for beginners.
- Million Bazillion: Million Bazillion, a money podcast for kids and their families, has gotten my daughter Parker even more interested in learning about money. We became fans of the show in late 2022, just before Parker's girlfriend's 8th birthday. This format is great for teaching young children many of the basics of money. There's a good chance that adults will learn something too. The best part is that after each episode there are more possibilities for discussion between parents and children. It's a great show to educate and spend some quality time with your little ones.
- Millionaires Unveiled: I only recently discovered this. But since “Millionaire Mindsets” was my top podcast in 2023, I wouldn’t be surprised if “Millionaires Unveiled” becomes my most listened to podcast in 2024. The only difference is that I'm watching this show in reverse order. From new to old. There are currently 346 episodes. I'm going to get through it all. In nearly every episode, everyday millionaires and billionaires are interviewed about their decisions, strategies, and investment portfolios. This is the cheat code I wish I had when I was a kid, and the one I wasted too much time looking for as an adult. But this podcast has hundreds of repeatable blueprints on how to build wealth.
