Triumph Financial closed an office building Wednesday for its new headquarters.
The Dallas-based financial holding company, which focuses on payments, factoring and banking, has acquired One Lincoln Park, located at 8401 N. Central Expressway on Northwest Highway.
The 10-story, 257,000-square-foot building will be renamed One Triumph Place.
Triumph Financial, whose portfolio includes TriumphPay, Triumph and TBK Bank, is scheduled to move into the office building in 2026 following extensive renovations.
The new headquarters will help Nasdaq-listed Triumph Financial handle a rapid increase in its workforce.
Over the past four years, the number of employees has grown from 350 to more than 1,5000. His 75% of new employees are based in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Outside of Texas, Triumph Financial has offices in California, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and New Mexico.

The company's future headquarters building is currently 40% vacant and will initially accommodate nearly 500 residents. The plan is to expand into future vacant space when the tenant's lease expires.
Triumph Financial purchased the building off-market in an all-cash deal directly with the owner, Atlanta-based Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc., according to county records. Piedmont has owned the property for about 10 years.
Piedmont sold the building for $54 million, or about $210 per square foot.
Other locations in North Texas include the Triumph Brand Office in Coppell, home to Triumph Financial. TBK Bank branches are located at 12700 Park Central and 6060 Sherry Lane in Dallas. And Triumph Workshop's makerspace is located at 2501 Burbank St.

The current location of operations is at 3 Park Central, 12700 Park Central Drive, near the southwest corner of Interstate 635 and US 75.
