Moldovan metal powerhouses Infected Rain recently released their sixth studio album. time, via Napalm Records. This LP is adventurous and daring, and sees the band flex their musical muscles, delivering a variety of heavy metal sounds from progressive metal to modern metal.
Infected Rain is helmed by vocalist Lena Scissorhands, who co-founded the band in 2008. More than 15 years and six albums later, the band is still as strong as ever, with some added wisdom along the way.
“I feel this way – and my friends are more or less the same age – but I can see how aging bothers people and how sad it makes people. I'm perfect. Not because, I've never thought of it that way. I have my…skeleton in the other closet. Absolutely. But I don't think about it that way, that aging is a problem in everything. I never thought about it. Aging must come with the benefit of being wiser.”
