Grace is back with another episode of The Flushing is Burning. She does a heat check in her first week and discusses the brights and lows of the Mets' season so far. She also actively participates in discussions about arm health in baseball and what can and cannot be done to correct it.
Next, she discusses Kim Mulkey and the Washington Post article that discussed her less than stellar coaching practices and homophobic behavior. Grace laments the impact Mulkey's beliefs have on young people and that basketball (and all sports) should be a safer, more inclusive place for everyone.
Finally, Grace has a trilogy of films featuring classics, books, and documentaries, all of which complement and enhance each other. They also help illustrate important points in both film and general history.
