The Las Vegas Raiders are rapidly approaching the NFL Draft in less than two weeks and are putting the finishing touches on NFL Draft boards in search of the next great crop of Raiders.
General Manager Tom Telesco, Coach Antonio Pierce, Defensive Coordinator Patrick Graham, and Offensive Coordinator Luke Ghezzi are all actively pursuing talent that could rebuild the Silver & Black team for the next decade. I am evaluating it.
The team is moving forward with a single focus.

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Howie Long recently said there's room for Maxx Crosby among the greatest Silver and Black defensive linemen of all time, and Crosby has recently received such comments from one of the greatest players. He mentioned his high reputation.
“Yeah, I'm very honored. I'm humbled to say the least. Those guys, those guys I look up to. At the end of the day, those guys changed the game. They were the pioneers of the organization, people like Lyle.” [Alzado] and howie [Long], I mean, the list is endless. They were total savages and played the game at the highest level. So Ted Hendricks is another person. His wife is like family to me and to me and his wife. Charles Woodson, I could go on, George Atkinson, those guys set the blueprint. And I always ask them questions, so hearing that from Howie is such an honor and gives me even more inspiration to be the best version of myself. I always talk like I saw something, it was a recent quote, I forget who it was, but they asked him like when did he realize he was great. And he said not until I finished work, because when I was working, the only thing that mattered was that day. All that mattered was how to get better today. We don't have time to look back and think, “Ah!'' [expletive], I accomplished all this, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Like me, when I hear about that, I think, “Oh, that's amazing.” But now what's next? ” I have to keep moving, I have to keep moving. Because, like I said, people come for what I earned and did every day. But I know I'm not even close to where I want to be. In fact, I've been fired from my career 52 times and haven't gotten where I want to go. you know what i mean? I'm just starting out, but that's what drives me, to not only prove others wrong, but most importantly, to help the few people who know me right. To prove the circle is to become the best version of yourself. And that's all that really matters. It starts with players like Howie Long, guys who set that standard, and I want to set that standard for the new wave coming into the NFL, and every single person that walks into this building. I want my presence to be felt everywhere. good way. ”
