General Manager Tom Telesco, Coach Antonio Pierce, Defensive Coordinator Patrick Graham, and Offensive Coordinator Luke Ghezzi are all actively pursuing talent that could rebuild the Silver & Black team for the next decade. I am evaluating it.
The team is moving forward with a single focus.

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby talked about finding balance in his extremely busy life.
“There's really no balance in the world that I live in right now. I mean, I'm hooked. I'm working on it every day. I'm here. I mean, we're talking about the same thing. But Ashley said, “I think we saw each other every day,'' and I thought, “That's right.'' So that's what it takes to be consistently at the top and at an elite level. So I'll be here from 6 to 2 almost every day during the off-season, which starts in January, and then go home right away. I feel better when I get home. I have the exact same routine every day. I have my own podcast. The main reason is that I'm sober. [expletive] It would be possible if I didn't cleanse my life. So at the end of the day, instead of recovering from a long night, going out and doing this or that, or wasting time with friends who aren't really there at the end of the day, I have the right person. There is. Life is the biggest tight circle I could ever ask for, and I pursue greatness in every aspect of my life every day. After all, it's the only way possible. Yes, it's stressful at times, but this is something I've been signing up for more and more and I'm just getting started. i love this. I get emotional talking about this because I know what it took to get here, but only a select few get to actually see this sight every day. There, literally my wife and daughter are the only people who can actually see everything I do every day. So I'm setting that standard for her, my future children, and everyone she sees. And it goes back to Vinny's original question, but as people talk about wanting to be like me, I do it for people like that. I want to reset and change the game. I want to be a legend. I don't want to be a great player, I want to be a legend, and there are only a few players like that. That's why I work the way I do. ”
The NFL Draft will be held April 25-27, 2024 in Detroit, Michigan. The Las Vegas Raiders currently have the 13th overall pick.
