Rightside Media, the parent company of the top-ranked syndicated radio show Rightside Radio, announced a new line of conservative content Monday.
Right Side Radio is hosted by Phil Williams, a former Alabama state senator, Army Ranger in Iraq and Afghanistan, retired colonel, and attorney.
“From the moment we founded Right Side Media, our goal was to bring quality conservative voices to the general public,” said Williams, Right Side's president and daily host. “The daily live show began nearly three years ago and quickly became a daily community event. The growth of Rightside and its message has now reached its next stage with the addition of several streaming audio and video podcasts. We are very excited to take this next step forward!”
Based in northern Alabama, Right Side Media was originally an affiliate of the Alabama Policy Institute. Called Lightside Radio, it began as a syndicated live radio broadcast from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on multiple AM and FM stations across the state, and soon expanded to include parts of northern Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Mississippi. received strong support from viewers.
“Our credo is that we are 'solid, conservative, and totally righteous!'” We have a great time with commentary and guests designed to educate, enlighten, empower and entertain,” Williams said.
Rightside Media also promotes a weekly opinion piece called “The Rightside Way” published in news outlets across Alabama. This live show is also available as a podcast after each broadcast, and he currently has well over 200,000 downloads.
“The next step in our efforts to produce conservative content is new video and audio podcasting. We are very excited about its quality and message,” Williams said. . “His first four episodes of 'The Right Phil-osophy' are now available and hosted on a variety of platforms and on our own website www.rightsideradio.org.
