Two North Texas natives are the latest recipients of the commercial real estate industry's top award.
Bill Vanderstraten of Chief Partners LP and Scott Rollman of 42 Real Estate will be inducted into the North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in May.
Previous winners include iconic developer Trammell Crow and Henry S. Miller Jr., the legendary leader of the self-proclaimed brokerage firm.
Chief Partners, the real estate investment firm founded by Mr. Vanderstraten in partnership with Trevor Rees Jones and the Rees Jones family, manages approximately $1.4 billion in assets and owns more than $1.1 billion in equity.
