Dallas won the first round of the series 4-2 and will face top-seeded Oklahoma City in the Western Conference semifinals, with Game 1 starting Tuesday night (9:30 ET, TNT).
Kleber was running toward the basket at near full speed in transition, but a collision with Los Angeles' Amir Coffey knocked him over, sending him tumbling hard to his right side, and he was called for a blocking foul.
Kleber, who gave Dallas momentum with his 3-pointers in the series, crouched down in pain multiple times on his way to the bench for timeouts. He returned to the game for free throws, made 1 of 2, and was ejected on the next dead ball.
