Clarksville, Tennessee – The Clarksville Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce Opportunity Creation Grants for minority professionals who wish to become affiliated members of the real estate industry.
With funding from the National Association of REALTORS®, the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® will award an Opportunity Creation Grant to fund the education and licensing costs for two community members to become home inspectors in 2024. has been developed.
The Clarksville Association of Realtors emphasizes the importance of reflecting the diversity within our vibrant community across all aspects of the real estate sector. We are committed to promoting opportunities in many aspects of buying and selling homes to represent the rich diversity of our community.

This grant covers both online and in-person home inspector training courses and includes $1,295 worth of American Home Inspector (AHI) training. This grant also covers the cost of the National Home Inspector Exam ($225.00) and the Tennessee Home Inspector License Application ($300.00). The next scheduled in-person U.S. Home Inspector training sessions will be held on September 21 and 22, 2024.
Interested community members are encouraged to submit an application. Once selected, you must begin the online portion within 30 days of acceptance into the program, attend and participate in the September session, and take her AHI exam within 30 days of course completion.
