This office serves clients in Pickens, Oconee, Anderson, and Greenville counties. It features shared and private office space, meeting rooms, waiting areas, and a kitchen.
Savvy Realty LLC was founded in 2024 by Suzanne (Sue) Brown, who joined Allen Tate Realtors in 2023 and joined the Lake Keowee North office. Brown serves as the broker in charge of the Clemson office. She recently welcomed Kyle Hicks to the team and plans to hire additional agents.
Brown has worked as a licensed real estate agent for 21 years, including serving as branch manager and owner of his own boutique real estate firm in New York. Prior to his career in real estate, he worked on Wall Street as a municipal bond broker and as a real estate appraiser with the Montana Department of Revenue.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Brown and her husband, George, moved upstate in 2009. They have her two adult children and are expecting their first grandchild. She is a passionate outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, boating, swimming, and skiing. They make their home in Pickens, South Carolina with their dog Charlie.
