Taylor Lindholm
IRON MOUNTAIN — Taylor Lindholm, an agent in the Iron Mountain office of Stevens Real Estate, recently earned two professional certifications through the National Association of Realtors.
To earn the Certified Buyer Representative designation, Lindholm completed a series of courses covering various aspects of buyer representation, negotiation strategies, and market trends, as well as fulfilling work experience requirements.
Her At Home With Diversity certification was awarded after successfully completing an eight-hour course that addressed issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences.

Lindholm joined Stevens in January and holds real estate licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin. In 2023, she handled over 25 transactions and her total sales exceeded her $3.8 million, ranking her in the top 18% of real estate agents in the area.
