NEW ORLEANS — McEnery Residential, owned by Parke McEnery, has completed its acquisition of Delery Comarda Realtors, an Engel & Völkers franchise. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Joining Delery’s team are sisters Joyce Delery and Ann Comada, real estate industry veterans who founded the firm 10 years ago. The sisters’ roughly 20 agents will also join the brokerage, increasing the team to more than 80. Delery will serve as lead associate broker with Managing Broker Mike Humphrey.
“This combined expertise will help expand McEnery Residential’s market share across the New Orleans metropolitan market and solidify the company’s position as New Orleans’ most locally-based residential real estate brokerage. It will be further established,” the spokesperson said. “Given recent industry events nationally and locally, this commitment to growth and investment represents McEnery’s further strengthening of the relevance of its regional expertise and regional relationships.”
McEnery Residential will take over Engel & Völkers’ lease at 722 Martin Behrman Avenue in Metairie. The company’s headquarters are in his 4900 block of Magazine Street.
