Norma’s is known for its breakfast, biscuits and gravy, award-winning chicken fried steak and house-made “Mile High Pie” and currently has five locations in Oak Cliff, North Dallas, Frisco, Park Lane and Plano.
“It was important to us to stay true to our comfortable Southern roots while always elevating ourselves with the times,” said Kurt Metzger, Norma’s vice president of operations. “Five locations weren’t enough for him to satisfy the Dallas metroplex, so he decided to expand to Garland.
