Before the Western Conference Finals between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Dallas Mavericks began, Minnesota was the slim favorite to win the series at -170. Now that Dallas has won the first two games on the road, those odds have changed dramatically.

The Mavericks, who had odds of +138 when the series began, are now the -600 favorites to win on FanDuel, with Minnesota at +450. Dallas has better odds to sweep the Timberwolves at +135 than they did when they won the series just four days ago. The two “exact score” bets for the Timberwolves to win are +1600 to win in six games and +600 to win in seven games.
Luka Doncic will also be named the Conference Finals MVP with odds of -390. He is followed by Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards at +500, but Edwards has not performed well in this series. Dallas’ Kyrie Irving is also in the running at +800. Doncic is averaging 32.5 points, 10.5 assists and 8.5 rebounds in the two games of this series, and he scored the game-winning goal in Game 2 to give the Mavs a 2-0 lead in the series.
Dallas is currently a -2.5 favorite heading into Sunday night’s game. Teams that have held a 2-0 lead in the conference finals are 58-6 all time in the series and have never been down 3-0, so the Mavericks will be looking to close out the series in Dallas in the next few days. They’re on the brink of making the NBA Finals and have the players to win it.
