Carly Duval Le Riche has been appointed first general counsel and legal director of Cariloop, a leading integrated caregiver support platform based in Dallas.
CEO Michael Walsh welcomed Carly Gerstmann to the executive team, highlighting her role in “the next phase of our growth strategy.”
“Le Riche’s passion for supporting fast-growing companies, his collaborative approach to legal issues and his willingness to explore what’s possible as we continue to test and innovate are exactly what we were looking for,” he said in a statement.
The company said the new general counsel will provide guidance and support to accelerate KaliLoop’s growth, impact and performance. Le Riche will also oversee KaliLoop’s ongoing compliance efforts, support intellectual property, employee relations and contracting activities, and manage investor relations with management.
Prior to Cariloop, Mr. Le Riche served as Deputy General Counsel at TreviPay and as Counsel to Spencer Fane.
Ms. Le Riche has worked with a wide range of emerging and growing companies on regulatory and licensing compliance issues, contract interpretation, employment issues and growth strategies. She has also held positions at Dentons US LLP and Lathrop GPM and clerked for Senior Judge Nanette K. Laughrey in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Le Riche’s personal experience aligned with the organization’s mission and values, and he calls it a “dream come true.”
“As a working parent, I know firsthand the needs of caregivers. Supporting our blended family comes with unique challenges as children navigate elementary school, high school and adolescence,” Le Riche said.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to join this incredible team and work with amazing people who care deeply about the work they do every day for caregivers and their families.”
KaliLoop said it helps families manage the care needs of their loved ones by connecting them to an employer-sponsored digital caregiver support platform.
