A software development company is relocating its headquarters from Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Irving.
iRely LLC announced on July 9 that its relocation to the Dallas area will allow it to more easily travel internationally and grow its team by surrounding itself with talented people.
The already-open Irving headquarters at 5221 N. O’Connor Blvd. in the Las Colinas neighborhood will also help the company foster connections with other tech companies in the Dallas area.
“Our new headquarters in Dallas is more than just a change of address; it’s a strategic move to strengthen our international presence,” iRely President George Olney said in a statement. “The location will serve as a central hub for our global operations and enhance our ability to work with customers and partners in different time zones.”
An iRely spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment.
Founded in 2008, iRely provides software for commodity management, retail, grain operations, oil distribution and agribusiness. The company has offices in New Jersey, California and Chicago and serves more than 500 clients in more than 25 countries, according to its LinkedIn profile. Social media information suggests the company has between 200 and 500 employees in total.
The company is the latest to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is one of many that have landed in Irving in recent years, along with McKesson Corp., Caterpillar Inc. and Darling Ingredients Inc. Caterpillar, currently the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s largest publicly traded company by market capitalization, announced office expansion plans earlier this year.
