Dallas litigation lawyer Mark Johansen has left Reed Smith LLP to join mid-size firm Egan Nelson LLP as a commercial litigation partner and help build out the firm’s litigation team.

Reed Smith litigation partner Mark Johansen is moving from an Am Law 50 firm to a mid-size firm to join Egan Nelson as a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation group in Dallas, a move he said will allow him to avoid conflict with clients and work alongside longtime friends.
Johansen said he was transferred on July 10. The company announced the move this week.
