This funding was generated from members of the Quinte District Association of Realtors, which merged with CLAR in mid-2023.

This grant highlights the efforts of CLAR’s local real estate experts to address the critical issue of affordable housing in our communities. This request was recently submitted in support of Habitat PEH's ambitious project to significantly expand housing capacity.

Habitat PEH's redevelopment of 93 Dundas Street East will triple the organization's housing production and provide much-needed housing to working families in the Belleville area.
The project will not only help address the housing crisis, but will improve the overall quality of life for 66 households, in addition to promoting economic and social benefits across the city.
