The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Uptown Dallas has completed a $22 million renovation.
The 16-year-old hotel, located just north of downtown, was already one of the most luxurious accommodations in North Texas before renovations began last year.
The 218-room hotel is owned by a partnership formed by Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate. The renovation includes changes to all rooms, suites and public areas.
General Manager Andrew Davidson said in a statement that the staff “looks forward to reintroducing the hotel to travelers across the country and continuing to build on its legacy as the ultimate urban luxury.”
Houston-based design firm Rottet Studio and Dallas-based ForrestPerkins handled the interior design.
Changes include new lobby retail and renovations to the hotel's spa and Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge. The hotel's dining venues, Fearing's Restaurant, The Rattlesnake Bar and The Pool Bar, have also been renovated.
The Ritz-Carlton operates 100 hotels in 35 countries.
The former Four Seasons Resort & Hotel in Las Colinas is currently being renovated under the Ritz-Carlton banner.
