After a short time away, I'm excited to announce that I'm back at The Villages® and ready to once again serve you as your trusted real estate advisor. I am also the managing broker for Worth Clark Realty, where I oversee agents here in Central Florida. Worth Clark is a well-established national brokerage firm. The company is agency-owned and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Locally, we have assembled a group of 30 amazing real estate agents and are growing every week.

You can search for homes for sale by community, specific village, or section such as homes north of 466, between 466 and 466A, south of 466A, or south of SR 44. As additional areas are developed they will be added to the website. . This website will soon have all of our daily open houses and turn-by-turn directions to the open house. This website was created with you in mind and we believe it will be a better resource than other competitors when searching for used homes. Please, try it!
