Applicants will be able to submit commercial permit applications through the city's online portal.
DALLAS — Dallas will transition commercial permit processing to paperless permitting starting March 1, 2024.
Applicants can submit commercial permit applications through the city's online portal ProjectDox, city officials said.
Dallas Development Services will also conduct plan reviews digitally to “shorten delivery times,” according to a city news release. Applicants will also receive real-time updates on the status of their permits and have digital access to permit-related documents through the city's online platform.
