This role reports directly to the Greater China Finance Director. It plays a vital role in building a compliance culture, establishing a strong internal control environment within the organization, closely monitoring inventory levels to support business growth, and leading financial transformation.
How can you contribute:
Strengthening internal controls:
- Work closely with internal control and compliance teams to ensure FP+A procedures comply with group and local regulatory requirements.
- Establishment of internal control processes
- Dig deep into your current processes, examine previous audit findings, and build policies to implement within your organization.
- Implement standard operating procedures for process improvement and impact.
- Develop checkpoints to manage and lead test review requirements on a regular basis.
- Create a healthy compliance atmosphere by continuously providing business teams with appropriate guidance, supervision, and regular performance reviews.
- Works with the Group's internal audit team to ensure that the audit process is well organized, audit findings are appropriately addressed, and action plans are implemented.
Inventory control
- Demand planning forecast:
- Coordinate planning forecast/replenishment and merchandising.
- Established to confirm and measure progress in managing procurement performance.
- Monitor S&OP processes to manage production capacity and material balance.
financial transformation
- Start the ESKER PR/PO module and verify the following:
- Supporting the successful launch of new modules and adaptation within the brand
- Ensure modules are activated to eliminate the risk of non-compliance
- Work closely with group SAP teams on project support.
- Evaluate, analyze, and identify business requirements and proposed business solutions to be met with SAP modules
- Ensure process designs comply with global IT solution templates and business rules
Required skills: (required qualifications, skills, language, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Preference will be given to those with 8 years or more of experience.
- Proven experience in a Big 4 is a must. FMCG + Big 4 is a plus.
- Clear understanding of internal controls and advanced business knowledge
- A great thinker with the ability to interpret and solve complex problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to drive and successfully manage operational risk at the first line of defense.
