Amy Robach and TJ Holmes have confirmed they are still on good terms after releasing an emotional podcast episode discussing their relationship issues.
“Hey guys, I just wanted to check in and let you know that despite what you're hearing, we're still in this together,” Holmes said in an Instagram video Tuesday while walking alongside Robach. It's just that.''
The couple shared a quick laugh before Holmes explained that he had “worried and debated” whether to remove Tuesday's episode, but was now “glad” he had done so.
“Yeah, me too. Because our big goal when we release our latest episode is, yeah, we want to put a picture on social media of us smiling and laughing just like everyone else. We like to post, but if we want to be authentic and we want to be transparent…” Robach chimed in.
Ms Robach, 50, acknowledged that she and Ms Holmes, 46, had their problems, like “most relationships”, and said she hoped listeners would “take something away” from the episode. I hope that I can.
“We're still together :),” they captioned their joint post. “If you've already listened to today's episode about Amy and TJ, you'll understand!”
The former “GMA3” co-anchor made the video shortly after fans flooded Robak's Instagram with comments about the podcast and their relationship.
The episode also saw Robach and Holmes openly discuss their communication issues, and even accused Robach of being “grumpy” on his “really bad days.”
“What I want you to do is confide in me, rely on me, share so that we can be part of the solution together,” she told him.
Meanwhile, Holmes claimed that when things get “bad” the “last thing you want to do” is “say what you need to do”.

The controversial journalists also spoke about how their careers were “unjustly taken away” after the ABC sacked them in January 2023 over a months-long affair.
“We've always worked together, but it's a whole different thing to work under this kind of pressure. … That pressure is intense,” Robach explained.
Mr. Robach and Mr. Holmes agreed that the morning show “Grind” was no longer good for them anyway.
Since starting their podcast in December 2023, the pair have denied cheating on their respective spouses, opened up about their heavy drinking, and even gotten serious about their sex lives.
Robach and Holmes continued to defend their relationship, saying that although there was a “price to pay” in being together, they were “very excited” about the future.
