Oncor said another storm hit Thursday night and Friday morning, causing more power outages and delaying an already complicated restoration effort that had been ongoing since last weekend. Oncor said Wednesday that most of North Texas’ power is expected to be restored by Friday, but some hard-hit areas won’t have it back on until Saturday.
