The Dallas Stars are in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. After exorcising their playoff demons in the first round against the defending Cup champion Vegas Golden Knights, the Stars faced Hart Trophy finalist Nathan MacKinnon and the 2022 Cup champion Colorado Avalanche. Moved to battle. No one said the playoffs were easy.

But that didn't last long, as Colorado's two goals on the power play in the second period and a goal in the first minute of the third sent the game into overtime, with Miles Woods scoring the game-winning goal and being the hero. his backhand.

Lupe Hintz didn't cost the Stars on Makar's goal, but I think he would have done something more than just bust up the puck on that shorthanded chance in the first two rounds last year when he was the NHL's Most Valuable Player. I certainly feel it.
