Her earliest memories include her father reading her books to her and taking her to the library and bookstore. Whitney is joined by her father and Samantha Mears of the Maricopa County Library District, who is also a young reader herself. Samantha will show you how to encourage children to read through her 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program.
