President Biden, former Presidents Obama and Clinton joined the “SmartLess” podcast on Thursday as they gathered in New York ahead of a fundraiser.
The White House said the three presidents' episode of “Smartless,” hosted by comedians Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett, will air at a later date.
Vice President Harris joined the podcast in 2020, as well as high-profile guests such as soccer player Peyton Manning, actors Natalie Portman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.
Biden is in New York with Obama and Clinton on Thursday night for a star-studded event in the Big Apple. The event is expected to draw more than 5,000 supporters and raise more than $25 million, according to the campaign.
The event, along with the recording of a podcast, marked a rare occasion for Biden, Obama and Clinton to be in the same room.
Mr. Obama, Mr. Biden's chief surrogate this term, flew with Mr. Biden to New York City aboard Air Force One early Thursday.
The event was led by Biden campaign co-chair Jeffrey Katzenberg, finance chair Rufus Gifford, Biden Victory Fund finance chair Chris Koji, and Anna Wintour.
Celebrity guests from Mindy Kaling and Ben Platt to Queen Latifah and Lizzo will appear, and late-night host Stephen Colbert will moderate a conversation with the three presidents.
