Hutchinson brings extensive experience and leadership to the real estate industry, previously serving as CEO of Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® and MORE MLS. new jersey and the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. texas.

Hutchinson recently moved to Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife, Karen, and their dog, Otto.

Mr. Hutchinson's appointment followed a national search by the OAR CEO Search Committee, supported by NAR HR Solutions of the National Association of REALTORS®.

OAR is currently building a new headquarters in Oklahoma City to accommodate its growing team and efforts.
The 13,350-square-foot building, located near the Broadway Extension, will include 15 offices, event and meeting space, a recording studio for the association's podcast “Talking Real,” a rooftop balcony and rental space.
Completion of the new headquarters is scheduled for mid-2024.
