Born and raised in Jackson, Tennessee, Nikki has deep roots in the community and over 13 1/2 years of experience at different firms with a background in architecture and design technology.
According to a press release from Delaney Sue Coleman, director of public relations and brand strategy for Town & Country REALTORS, Barham's commitment to real estate is a testament to the passion for the industry she has cultivated for more than 30 years. What started as a hobby for her has evolved into a rewarding career characterized by a commitment to excellence and a true understanding of her clients' needs.
Her educational background includes study at the Tennessee University of Applied Technology, where she specialized in structural, residential architecture, mechanical drafting/detailing, and computer-aided design techniques. She furthered her education at Jackson State Community College and earned an associate's degree.

Barham shares the same birthday and wedding anniversary as her husband, Rob Barham, with whom she has been married for 21 years.
Their two children were named Garrett and Eva.
Garrett and his wife, Tara, are the parents of two sons, Leland and a baby boy due in July 2024.
Barham loves spending time outside, driving Jeeps, boating, and landscaping. She also has a strong interest in home remodeling, flipping, and health maintenance.
