California-based HASA has opened a new packaged products manufacturing facility in Rome, Wise County, about an hour northwest of Dallas.
HASA is a company that provides “safe, clean and clear water treatment” for the sanitation of recreational, public and industrial waters.
“HASA is pleased to expand our manufacturing footprint in key regions across Texas and highlight our leadership as a trusted provider of high-quality water disinfection products for the industry,” CEO Chris Brink said in a statement. “We are excited to join the broader Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex business community with our newly opened facility and look forward to making a significant contribution to the local economy by providing new job opportunities for future employees in the area.”
The new facility marks HASA’s second greenfield production expansion in Texas within 12 months and demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing high-quality water disinfection products that meet the growing needs of the Texas regional market.
HASA’s third production facility in Texas
With the opening of its new manufacturing facility, HASA now provides three packaged goods production facilities in Texas to offer the brand’s returnable packaged goods models to new and existing customers.
The company said the Rome facility will join existing plants in San Antonio and Bryan.
“Our new facility in Dallas strengthens HASA’s ability to provide scalable, high-quality sodium hypochlorite water solutions to the local market in our flagship returnable, sustainable packaging product model,” Chief Strategy Officer Angela Tran said in a statement. “We look forward to continuing to play our important role in providing environmentally friendly, reliable water hygiene options to our neighboring communities.”
Founded in 1964, HASA operates facilities in California, Arizona, Washington, Nevada and Texas. Over its 60-year history, HASA has built a reputation for supplying superior products through superior logistics and distribution capabilities.
