(TSX-V: CAND, OTC PINK: CDELF) (“''company) announced that, effective February 22, 2024, Hector Ferex González Ramírez will step down from his position as Interim Chief Financial Officer and remain as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. His successor will be Omar García Abrego.
Mr. Omar García Abrego is a bilingual CPA with over 20 years of progressive international experience, primarily in the mining industry. He also has advanced expertise in public company accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory filing compliance, as well as extensive experience in corporate acquisition transactions. Mr. Garcia Abrego has held multiple executive and senior positions at various publicly traded companies in Canada. He holds a bachelor's degree in public accounting from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterey.
