How to earn a professional mark of excellence
Florida Board of Realtors Certified Professionals have earned the distinction of high competency and professionalism through continued work in sales, volunteerism, advocacy, and ethical treatment of the public, consumers, and other real estate agents. I'm a real estate agent.

How to earn money
Candidates can apply for approval after earning a minimum of 265 points in the following criteria:
- Education (minimum 60 points/maximum 155 points): Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and proficiency
- Involvement (minimum 20 points/maximum 50 points): Assess the applicant's character and advocacy efforts
- Exam (minimum 90 points/maximum 100 points): Evaluate applicant's trading knowledge
- Recommendation (minimum 30 points/maximum 45 points): Assess applicants' abilities and professionalism
- Personal interview (minimum 65 points/maximum 75 points): Ensure application details correlate with information submitted
- Points are recorded using an online applicant data form.

Minimum standards to apply
- Valid and Valid Florida Real Estate License
- Active and Valid Florida Realtor Membership Status
- No Florida Real Estate Commission violations that would result in the revocation, suspension, or suspension of a real estate or real estate-related license.
- No violation of ethical regulations within 3 years of application
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of continuous tenure as an active real estate agent member at the time of application
- Compliant with NAR triennial requirements and up-to-date
- Comply with NAR Code of Ethics Practice Standard 10-5 within one year of application.
- Signed certification consenting to social media spot checks to ensure that the information provided is true/factual and in accordance with NAR Code of Ethics Standard of Practice 10-5.
- Provides a list of social media platforms you currently use
- Have taken at least one of the following Florida Real Estate Agent or local contracting classes within two years of application.
‣ Conclusion of a valid sales contract
‣ Housing sales contract
‣ Florida Realtors Florida Bar Sales Contract
‣ Equivalent local real estate agent association/board contract course - Completed at least 10 real estate transactions or sales of at least $5 million within 2 years of application
