Radiohead's dramatic change in stylistic direction and experimentation with electronic sounds introduced Arevalo to a new world of musical possibilities. For many people, Kid A Changed the game. It was the turn of the millennium, and Radiohead brought out some of the best alternative rock of the '90s. But with their first releases in the 2000s, the band took a sharp left turn. Arevalo was no stranger to its impressive power, and like everyone else, he fell in love with this forward-thinking song. “I think when records like this come out, it takes a little bit of time for people to catch up,” he says. “Sometimes you can be too futuristic and go overboard.” But for Arevalo, it gave him a whole new perspective on music.
