CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Association of Realtors has announced it will host its first-ever Unlock Clarksville: A Day of Open Houses event on Saturday, June 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sponsored by the Clarksville Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network, the event will include scavenger hunt games, giveaways, prizes and more. The event is designed to provide the public with an opportunity to tour multiple homes.
“The Unlock Clarksville: A Day of Open Houses event is designed to provide a platform for potential clients to explore a diverse range of properties and gain valuable insight into different neighborhoods and the local market. The event also provides the added benefit of connecting directly with real estate professionals who can help them become more informed about their future home purchase,” said Megan Miller, Chair of the Young Professionals Network.
An average of 1,600 single-family homes come up for sale each month in the Clarksville-Montgomery County area. The area’s real estate market is booming, with both home sales and property values increasing significantly. Over the past year, there has been a significant increase in demand for single-family homes.
Joan Garcia, president of the Clarksville Association of Realtors, said, “We are very excited about the Unlock Clarksville event. Events like this allow the community to view homes, speak with realtors, lenders and other real estate professionals and learn more about the home buying and selling process. They also have the opportunity to connect with realtors in a no-pressure setting. It’s going to be a great time of networking, learning, food, fun and prizes.”
