An apartment complex project marketed to young professionals in East Dallas is currently under construction.
Connor Commercial Real Estate is developing Flynn at Live Oak, a five-story, 327-unit apartment building that broke ground last year.
The luxury home was designed by Dallas-based Merriman Anderson Architects, and the exterior combines two types of brick, three types of siding and metal accents, with hardscapes and green landscaping complementing the vision.
“We are excited to see our designs come to life as construction progresses on The Flynn at Live Oak project, and are confident that the residents of the new apartment complex will enjoy its many upscale amenities and convenient location,” said Patrick Hazzard, vice principal and team leader at Merriman Anderson Architects.
Studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments are available, and amenities include co-working space, a pool, lounge areas, and a top-floor speakeasy with views of downtown Dallas and Fair Park.
The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2025 and will be located at 4931 Live Oak Street at Bennett Avenue.
Cadence McShane is building the project. Greystar will manage the community after delivery.
