Dallas-based accounting firm FORVIS and Mazars, an international partnership based in Paris, France, with operations in more than 100 countries and territories, have officially launched their new global network, Forvis Mazars, a top 10 global network that is said to be the largest new entrant in the global rankings in decades.
The two-company network, Forvis Mazars, is unique in the market, offering “agility, capability and responsiveness” to support clients wherever they operate in the world, the company said. The network will be managed by a structure that includes a Global Network Board, responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery to clients around the world.
The creation of a global network between the two companies was first announced in November last year.
New Global Network Board
Hervé Elias will become the first Chairman of the Global Network Board. Mr. Elias will also continue to serve as Chairman of the Group Executive Committee of Forvis Mazars Group, SC (formerly known as Mazars Group).
Matt Snow, Chairman of Forvis Mazars, LLP (formerly FORVIS, LLP), will serve as Vice Chairman of the Global Network Board.
In the U.S., Tom Watson will continue as CEO of Forvis Mazars LLP (formerly FORVIS, LLP) and will also join the Global Network Board.
“Forbis Mothers is built on our commitment to listening to our customers, anticipating the challenges they face and delivering an unparalleled customer experience in everything we do,” Watson said in a statement. “This new network will immediately provide new opportunities for our customers and employees, and both groups can be confident that we are making decisions with their long-term success in mind.”
Rob Pruitt, Fran Randall and Tim York of Forvis Mazars LLP will join the Global Network Board. David Chaudat, Pascal Jauffret, Véronique Ryckaert and Phil Verity of Forvis Mazars Group will join the Global Network Board.
“Excellence Everywhere, Under One Global Brand”
Helias said the two companies have worked together for more than 20 years, sharing a common goal of “delivering an exceptional customer experience,” and that the combined company will now “deliver exceptional service everywhere, under one global brand.”
“Clients will receive consistent, high-quality, comprehensive service around the world, and we will be agile and flexible to their specific needs,” Helias said in a statement. “I am incredibly proud to serve as the inaugural chairman of the Global Network Board, and I am confident that together our firms will be able to continue to empower our people to raise the bar in client service, while also addressing challenging industry opportunities and the future needs of local markets.”
As part of the network formation, Mazars USA will join Forvis Mazars LLP in the US, adding 1,000 professionals and 14 office locations, bringing the total number of locations to more than 80.
Forvis Mazars is the eighth-largest public accounting firm in the United States, with approximately $2 billion in revenue and more than 7,000 employees.
