KaarTech, a Dallas-based global SAP and digital transformation consulting firm, has appointed Prabhakar Prasad as president of North America and Rajesh Raj as vice president and head of enterprise business.
The management announcement comes as the company unveiled its “North Star” plan for long-term expansion in North America.
Maran NagarajanKaarTech's CEO expressed enthusiasm about the leadership addition and five expansion plans.
Mr. Prasad has expertise in global P&L management and cloud digital transformation and has held leadership roles at Intrigio, Accenture, SAP, IBM, and Tech Mahindra.
“KaarTech's unique value at SAP is our strong workforce of over 75 S/4 transformation experiences and over 2000 SAP certified consultants,” Prasad said in a statement.
Mr. Raj has over 20 years of experience focused on CXO relationships and sales leadership across AWS, SAP, and IBM, and plans to build a strong customer engagement team with a “people-first” approach. KaarTech said.
'Polaris' plan
The company's North Star plan aims to grow its strong North American market.
According to KaarTech, the plan includes:
- investment in people: Grow our North American team by 300% across sales, delivery, and digital consulting by 2025.
- Establishing Kaar’s ENR Presence: Leveraging our S/4 transformation expertise, we have completed over 300 projects at ENR.
- S/4 conversion focus: Targeting CPG, Manufacturing, and Professional Services for S/4 conversion using KaarTech's IP, KTern.
- Expansion of clean core strategy: Aim for 300% annual growth in BTP practices and 200% expansion in SuccessFactors, Ariba, and IBP by 2025.
- digital innovation: Double down on our commitment to digital solutions and leverage emerging technologies like AI/ML, RPA, LLM, and blockchain to address our customers' business challenges.
Nagarajan said the North Star initiative will shape KaarTech's strategy for the next three years with the goal of making it the leading SAP and digital transformation company in North America.
