FRISCO, TEXAS — The Dallas Cowboys' 2024 schedule is expected to be officially announced in late spring, but the Cowboys' 14 opponents were finalized with the end of the regular season on Sunday.
The Cowboys will play nine games at AT&T Stadium and eight games on the road next season.
Home opponents include annual divisional opponents the New York Giants, Washington Commanders, and Philadelphia Eagles, as well as NFC opponents the New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Detroit Lions. AFC opponents coming to Arlington next season include the AFC No. 1 seed Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals and Houston Texans.
On the road, the Cowboys will face their annual divisional opponents of the New York Giants, Washington Commanders, and Philadelphia Eagles, as well as the San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cleveland Browns. do.
The schedule includes a four-year rotation with the AFC North, and they will look to improve on a 2020 season in which they went 1-3 against the division. In coach Dak Prescott's rookie season in 2016, the Cowboys went 4-0 against the division.
Whether the Cowboys will play international games in 2024 is currently undetermined and will be finalized when the schedule is released in late spring. To do so, Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said the team will not give up home games to play out of state.
“I would be very reluctant to move a home game from here to there,” Jones said of playing internationally. “We have a lot of fans. That's true for a lot of clubs, but not so much for the Cowboys. Of course we had the biggest crowd in the NFL. When we don't have games here, it makes a big difference. will produce.”
Dates and times for all 17 games are scheduled for release in May.
