All 12 players are expected to sign Thursday before rookie minicamp begins Friday.
After the draft, Dallas won the war for Spann Ford. He received a $20,000 signing bonus and $225,000 in guaranteed salary. An accepted offer sheet is a statement of interest for both the Cowboys and the other club.
The Cowboys drafted Spann-Ford, who is 6-6, weighs 260 pounds and has a large catch radius.
