Following the departure of multiple members of the 2023 coaching staff, the Dallas Cowboys have officially finalized their 2024 coaching roster under head coach Mike McCarthy. There was a lot of turnover on the staff as defensive coordinator Dan Quinn resigned to become the Commanders' head coach.
Secondary coach and passing game coordinator Joe Witt Jr. joins Quinn as defensive coordinator and assistant defensive line coach for the Commanders, while Sharif Floyd also holds the same position in DC, while defensive line coach Aden Durde has been promoted.
