positive
— Explosive athlete. He ran off the line of scrimmage. Enough juice to move through space and be free.
— Above average long distance speed. A smooth strider that reaches quality top speed and wins on the sideline.
— Big hands with a natural snap to the ball. He is a calm and confident pass catcher even when throwing to the outside of the frame.
— Overall a chippy player. He has the energy and mentality to develop into a good blocker.
negative
— I'm currently having a hard time working in the press. Poor use of hands, not slippery lateral movements.
— Hand use and physicality are below average throughout the route. Needs improvement.
— Short-range direction change and fluidity are average. It is noteworthy that he chose not to conduct agility training.

whole
Ryan Flournoy is an older prospect with plenty of size and explosive athleticism.
Flournoy is well-built at about 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 202 pounds, with big hands to match. He has the build of an outside receiver and played there often in college.
Flournoy also moves like a dangerous outside receiver. He screams from the line of scrimmage and accelerates to some pretty threatening top speed. Not elite speed, but more than adequate. Flournois is also explosive when knifeing through the field, especially after catching YAC-oriented routes like slants and shallow crossers.
That being said, Fleurnois' biggest feature is tracking the ball. Flournois is a very natural pass catcher. He's more solid than good in catch situations, but when he's trying to throw out of bounds or when he's asked to adapt to the ball, Franois is as reliable as anyone.
Flournova's main drawback is that he is not yet a polished player, especially at the line of scrimmage. Flournois doesn't use his hands at all to beat the press or fight for space at the top of his routes. He's also average in terms of agility, and given his slippery lateral movement, it's easy for DBs to get into his frame and slow him down.
Despite his age, Franois is too explosive and a natural pass catcher to watch on Day 3. Flournoy may be a long way off developing into a true NFL difference-maker at this point, but he has the profile of a good player. A functional rotational outside receiver with playmaking ability.
