Dallas-based employment branding agency MindHandle has been acquired by Liquid Agency, a San Jose, California-based brand consulting and activation firm.
Liquid Agency said the move builds on recent momentum in optimizing and aligning employee, customer and brand experiences in its service offerings. Liquid Agency's current and former clients include Walmart, Nasdaq, Google, UGG, Nike, Nordstrom, Microsoft, GE, Silicon Valley Bank, John Deere, and Ernest Packaging Solutions.
Financial details were not disclosed.
“Liquid Agency's employee experience and culture practices are now our niche as the landscape of how employers need to pivot post-pandemic to remain competitive is in constant flux. [of] This is the greatest growth and demand,” Liquid Agency CEO Scott Gardner said in a statement. “As an agency specializing in employee experience, working with MindHandle allows us to add scale and fresh ideas for the future.”
Increasing “brand magnetism” among consumers and employees
Founded in 2010, MindHandle is an employee communications agency that helps companies attract and retain talent in large, distributed workforces.
The agency said its “brand magnetism” perspective focuses on aligning the belief systems of consumers and employees to foster success.

Mindhandle said the company believes that a mismatch between customer and employee values often leads to brand battles.
The company said the combination of Mindhandle's approach and expertise will build on Liquid Agency's leading position as a full-service consulting firm.

Harris joins Liquid Agency as practice leader for employee experience to further shape and grow this area of focus and importance to Liquid and its clients.
