DALLAS — YEAH 2023 has flown by, but there's still time to make the most of this year.
Even if you're staying in town for Christmas weekend, there's still plenty to do in North Texas.

Friday, December 22nd
You may have a head for Jingle Bell Rock, but what about Jingle Bell Boogie?
Head to Tannahill's Tavern and Music Hall and dance the night away. Disco band Le Freak will be performing, adding to the funky, festive cheer.
The best dressed Christmas disco couple will win a $200 gift card.
Doors open at 8:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $12.
Saturday, December 23rd
Tamales can be enjoyed anytime, but they feel special during the holiday season.
Enjoy Oaxaca tamales, margaritas, and tequilas during the Dallas Farmers Market from noon to 2 p.m. at Folklore and Tradition Artisan Boutique.
Pre-register for $20 and receive a chicken or pork Oaxacan tamale and a copy of the “55+ Texas Travel Guide for Under 50''.
You can also pay at the event venue. Tamales will be $10.50.
Sunday, December 24th
Celebrate Santa's arrival with a free movie screening and all-you-can-eat pancakes!
Lava Cantina is hosting pancakes and crafts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Ticket includes pancake bar, craft time, and viewing of “The Santa Clause” and/or “The Santa Clause 2.” The first session begins at 10 a.m. and the second session begins at noon.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for children 4 and older, and free for children 3 and under.
