Details have been revealed for Dallas-based Harwood Hospitality Group's newest restaurant. The restaurant, called Dorcent Steak & Lounge, is a Japanese-style upscale restaurant scheduled to open this summer at 14 Harwood, the company's office tower, according to a release. Address 2801 N. By our count, Docent is the 21st restaurant concept in the Harwood area, but the most upscale restaurant concept in Harwood to date.
Docent takes guests on a culinary and artistic journey while celebrating the rich heritage of the samurai. The menu includes a wide selection of Kobe beef, including Harwood's own premium HWD beef.
Docent will also include a sushi bar and other Japanese-inspired decor, as well as an extensive wine and sake selection.
Taylor Carney, Harwood Hospitality's vice president of culinary, said in a statement that Dorcent will combine Japanese fusion with traditional steakhouse.
