Founded in 2001, ISN is headquartered at One McKinney Plaza in Uptown Dallas. The company employs “several hundred people” within the North Texas region and more than 650 people worldwide.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition was led by EVP and General Counsel Jim Skodpol and Vice President Joe Schlesser, with transaction guidance from Blackstone Growth, ISN said.
Blackstone made a strategic growth investment of over $500 million in ISN in 2020. The investment helped ISN reach a valuation of $2 billion in 2020, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

Transparency-One was founded in 2016 and has offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Paris, France.
ISN says its platform enables organizations to thoroughly investigate their supply chains and gain valuable insights into product visibility, traceability, supply chain mapping, responsible sourcing, and sustainability.
Transparency One CEO Chris Morrison will continue to lead the business as a managing director, ISN said.
